Registration and Account Terms

To participate in our golf classes, users must complete a registration process to create an account. This process is designed to ensure that all participants have a unique identifier, which helps us maintain a secure and organized environment for our community.

Registration Process

Users initiate the registration process by providing essential information, including their full name, email address, and a secure password. A valid email address is required for account verification and communication purposes.

Users must ensure that the information provided during registration is accurate and up-to-date. Any changes to personal information, such as a change of email address or phone number, should be promptly updated in the account settings to maintain the accuracy of records.

User Responsibility for Account Security

Once registered, users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including their password. It is crucial to select a strong password and to avoid sharing it with anyone. Users should log out of their accounts after each session, especially when using public or shared devices, to prevent unauthorized access.

If a user suspects any unauthorized use of their account, they must notify us immediately. We are committed to assisting users in securing their accounts and mitigating potential risks.

Obligations Regarding Account Information Accuracy

Failure to comply with these obligations may result in account suspension or termination. Payment and Refund Policy

Our payment policy is designed to facilitate a smooth booking process for our golf classes while ensuring transparency regarding fees and refunds. We accept various payment methods to accommodate our users, including Mpay, AliPay & WeChatPay, major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit cards, and other online payment platforms. All transactions are processed securely to protect your financial information.

Booking Classes

To reserve a spot in our classes, payment must be completed at the time of booking. Users will receive a confirmation email upon successful payment, detailing the class schedule and any additional information needed for participation. This confirmation serves as proof of your reservation and payment.

Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and thus we have established a clear refund policy. If a user needs to cancel their class booking, they must do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled class to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the class fee.

In the case of a no-show, refunds will not be provided. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request is received. Users will be notified via email once the refund has been processed.

Rescheduling Classes

If you wish to reschedule your class instead of cancelling, please contact us at least 24 hours before the class start time. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability. A rescheduling fee may apply if the change is made less than 24 hours before the class.

User Conduct and Responsibilities

Expected Behavior

Users are encouraged to engage in constructive communication, both with instructors and fellow participants. This involves being open to feedback, offering encouragement, and sharing experiences that enhance the overall learning atmosphere. Punctuality is also vital; arriving on time for classes ensures that the schedule runs smoothly and that all participants benefit fully from the instruction offered.

Respecting the property and facilities is another crucial aspect of user conduct. This includes adhering to the rules of the golf course or facility where classes are held, maintaining cleanliness, and utilizing equipment responsibly. Participants should also be mindful of noise levels, refraining from disruptive behaviors that could detract from the learning experience of others.

Prohibited Actions

Certain behaviors are strictly prohibited within our community. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of abusive conduct will not be tolerated. This includes but is not limited to offensive language, gestures, or comments based on race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic. Engaging in such actions not only undermines the spirit of our community but also poses serious consequences.

Disruptive behaviors, such as excessive arguing, intimidation, or any actions that interfere with the enjoyment or safety of others, are also unacceptable. Users who engage in these prohibited actions may face immediate consequences, including temporary or permanent suspension from classes, depending on the severity of the behavior.

Consequences of Violating Conduct Policies

Any violation of these conduct policies will be addressed promptly. The first infraction may result in a warning, while repeated or severe violations can lead to suspension or expulsion from our programs. We reserve the right to take appropriate action to maintain a safe and respectful environment for all participants. By agreeing to these guidelines, users contribute to fostering a positive and enjoyable golfing experience for everyone involved.

Liability Disclaimer

Participants in our golf classes acknowledge and accept that engaging in physical activities, including golf, involves inherent risks. These risks may include but are not limited to personal injuries, accidents, or losses that may occur during class participation, whether on the golf course or during practice sessions. By registering for our classes, participants affirm their understanding of these risks and voluntarily assume full responsibility for any such injuries or losses that may arise.

While we strive to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants, the website and its affiliated instructors are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages sustained during the course of participation in our golf classes. This includes injuries resulting from the actions of other participants, equipment malfunctions, or any other unforeseen circumstances that may occur.

Furthermore, it is important to note that the extent of our liability is strictly limited to the maximum amount permitted by law. Participants are encouraged to secure personal insurance coverage to mitigate any potential risks associated with their involvement in golf activities. Such coverage may help protect against medical expenses and other costs that could arise from accidents or injuries.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Macau, without regard to its conflict of law principles. By agreeing to these Terms, users submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Macau for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, or the services offered.

In the event that a dispute arises between the users and the service provider, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good faith negotiations. Users are encouraged to contact the service provider directly to discuss their concerns or complaints, as this may lead to a quicker resolution.

Should informal negotiations fail to resolve the dispute, the parties agree that the matter will be subject to mediation before any legal action can be undertaken. Mediation will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the government and shall take place in a mutually agreed upon location. Both parties will share the costs of mediation equally.

If the dispute is not resolved through mediation within thirty (30) days from the date of the request for mediation, either party may initiate arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with Macau’s Consumer Arbitration Rules, and the decision rendered by the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding. The arbitration will take place in Macau, and each party shall bear its own costs and expenses.
